The positively charged pain particles are drawn to the iron inside and out. The chair is removed and hung to drip dry. It is then run through an oven and baked for about 20 minutes at high temperatures. Finally it is powder coated and baked a second time. The end result is an extremely durable and weather resistant finish that will continue to look like new season after season.
